JOHANNESBURG – President Cyril Ramaphosa says as much as the country wants a public holiday immediately after the Springboks’ victory, he wants to grant the matric class of 2023 a chance to focus on their exams that started on Monday. The president has declared Friday, 15 December 2023 a public holiday.
